  • Best Buy is a leading electrical and electronic goods chain in Israel, attracting hundreds of thousands of consumers annually. The chain has 17 stores spread across the country and recently inaugurated ‘Best Buy City’, the largest collection of such products offered under one roof.   • CosmoCom - BOS’s gateways have been selected as the converters between the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and CosmoCall Universe - CosmoCom’s IP-based universal access contact center platform - for ISIDE, a large Italian IT financial institution. The project was conducted by Spidernet Europe, the CosmoCom channel partner and BOSâNOVA Reseller in Italy.  Serving more than 150 banks, with a network consisting of 1,100 branches located all over the country, ISIDE designs and builds banking IT infrastructure, develops banking systems and solutions, and provides facility management, back office services and customer support.
